Lummy is a verified-identity ticketing platform for events in Indonesia. By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
One verified WhatsApp number corresponds to one Lummy account. You must register with a phone number you own and control. We verify phone ownership via a one-time code sent through WhatsApp, and we reject virtual or VoIP numbers. Accounts found circumventing identity verification (including buying, selling, or sharing accounts) may be suspended and their tickets voided.
Tickets are bound to your verified account and are non-transferable outside the platform. You may assign extra tickets from a multi-ticket purchase to other people through the in-app assignment flow; each recipient must verify their own WhatsApp number. Assigned tickets cannot be resold. Entry to venues uses a dynamic QR code shown in the app — screenshots of QR codes are not valid for entry.
Payments are processed by Midtrans via QRIS and supported e-wallets and banks. A platform fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Ticket prices are set by event organizers. Completed payments are confirmed via webhook with the payment provider before tickets are issued.
Where the organizer enables it, tickets may be resold only through the Lummy marketplace, within the price range set by the organizer. Lummy charges a platform fee on resale transactions and the organizer may take a royalty. Listings above the allowed price cap are rejected. Resale outside the platform is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, tickets are refunded automatically to the original payment method. Aside from event cancellation, tickets are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the organizer's own policy. Unclaimed assigned tickets revert to the buyer and are not refunded.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, delivery of the event as described, and compliance with applicable regulations and permits. Lummy provides the ticketing infrastructure and is not the event organizer unless explicitly stated.
You may not use bots or automation to purchase tickets, create multiple accounts, resell tickets outside the platform, forge or manipulate QR codes, or interfere with the operation of the service. We employ anti-bot and anti-fraud systems and may cancel orders that violate these terms.
Lummy provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lummy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including event changes, postponements, or cancellations by organizers.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
